General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use \u2013 PLS 2026<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Preamble<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

These general terms and conditions of sale and use<\/strong> govern the sale of participation tickets<\/strong> and visibility spaces<\/strong> for the event Premi\u00e8re Ligne en Sant\u00e9 (PLS 2026)<\/strong>, organized by Productions Plakett Inc.<\/strong>, P.O. Box 97, Montr\u00e9al BP Pt-aux-Trembles, QC, H1B 5K1 (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Organizer\u201d).
Any order, registration, or participation in the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Orders and Payment<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Tickets and visibility spaces may be purchased online through the official ticketing platform or any other channel authorized by Productions Plakett Inc.<\/li>
  • All orders become final and binding upon full payment<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars<\/strong>, taxes included<\/strong>, and payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method accepted by the Organizer.<\/li>
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at the time of purchase or reservation.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3. Delivery and Confirmation<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Tickets<\/strong> are delivered electronically (by email or download).<\/li>
    • Visibility spaces<\/strong> will be confirmed in writing once payment has been received.<\/li>
    • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the location, configuration, or surface area<\/strong> of a visibility space due to logistical constraints, without financial compensation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Tickets and visibility spaces are non-refundable<\/strong>, except in the event of full cancellation of the event by Productions Plakett Inc.<\/li>
      • They may, however, be transferred to another person<\/strong> or organization of equivalent profile<\/strong>, with prior authorization from the Organizer.<\/li>
      • In the event of a postponement<\/strong>, registrations or reservations will remain valid for the new date<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • Any resale, commercial transfer, or unauthorized reassignment is strictly prohibited.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        5. Access and Identification<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • Proof of identity<\/strong>, professional status<\/strong>, full-time student enrollment<\/strong>, or patient partner designation<\/strong> may be required depending on the type of ticket.<\/li>
        • Wearing the official PLS badge<\/strong> is mandatory throughout the event.<\/li>
        • Exhibitors and partners must comply with all layout, schedule, and safety regulations<\/strong> issued by the Organizer.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          6. Responsibility and Conduct<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • Participants, exhibitors, and partners agree to maintain respectful conduct<\/strong> and to follow the instructions of PLS staff.<\/li>
          • The Organizer reserves the right to exclude, without refund, any person or organization whose behavior disrupts safety, the event\u2019s smooth operation, or its reputation.<\/li>
          • Productions Plakett Inc. cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage<\/strong> occurring during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            7. Program and Layout Modifications<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, activities, exhibition zones, or layout<\/strong> without prior notice.<\/li>
            • In the event of force majeure<\/strong>, the event may be <\/span>postponed<\/strong>, without refund obligation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              • By participating in PLS, visitors, exhibitors, and partners consent to the use of their image, voice, logo, or testimony<\/strong> for promotional or media purposes, without compensation.<\/li>
              • It is strictly forbidden to record, broadcast, or reproduce<\/strong> conference content or installations without written authorization from Productions Plakett Inc.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                • Productions Plakett Inc. is committed to protecting the personal data of participants, exhibitors, and partners.<\/li>
                • Information collected is used solely for managing participation<\/strong>, communicating relevant information<\/strong>, and ensuring the smooth running of the event<\/strong>.<\/li>
                • Data will never be sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
