About

First Line in Health

From its very first edition in 2019, Première ligne en santé has positioned itself among the elite of healthcare events in Quebec, thanks to the quality of its content, guests, speakers and the opportunities created during the event. With an annual growth rate of over 30%, despite the pandemic, Première ligne en santé is now THE annual meeting place for primary care network players, and Canada’s largest health congress.

Première ligne en santé is also a prestigious event for the French and English speaking business community in the healthcare sector, and a unique opportunity to open up to new opportunities.

In a context of profound transformations within the healthcare system, at a time when we have all lost our bearings, the 2025 edition is set under the theme “In Motion, One Professional at a Time”.

More than ever, the systemic changes we are experiencing rely first and foremost on the engagement and involvement of every healthcare actor and professional. It is the professionals, whether at the patient’s bedside or behind the scenes, who provide the dynamic necessary for the transformation of our services.

This year, PLS honors these individuals who, through their expertise, creativity, and adaptability, play a crucial role in the evolution of our healthcare system. Recognizing that change starts with people, the event explores how each professional can be a vector of progress, collaboration, and innovation.

Throughout the workshops, conferences, and discussions, participants will discover how, together, we can support these transformations while highlighting the impact of each individual on the organization of care. The theme invites collective reflection: how can each of us, in our own way, contribute to a healthcare system that is more agile, more human, and better connected?

This edition aims to be a springboard for professional and personal development, embracing a spirit of continuous movement towards a future where every individual initiative translates into collective progress.
