General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use – PLS 2026

1. Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale and use govern the sale of participation tickets and visibility spaces for the event Première Ligne en Santé (PLS 2026), organized by Productions Plakett Inc., P.O. Box 97, Montréal BP Pt-aux-Trembles, QC, H1B 5K1 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
Any order, registration, or participation in the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Tickets and visibility spaces may be purchased online through the official ticketing platform or any other channel authorized by Productions Plakett Inc.
  • All orders become final and binding upon full payment.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars, taxes included, and payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method accepted by the Organizer.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at the time of purchase or reservation.

3. Delivery and Confirmation

  • Tickets are delivered electronically (by email or download).
  • Visibility spaces will be confirmed in writing once payment has been received.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the location, configuration, or surface area of a visibility space due to logistical constraints, without financial compensation.

4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers

  • Tickets and visibility spaces are non-refundable, except in the event of full cancellation of the event by Productions Plakett Inc.
  • They may, however, be transferred to another person or organization of equivalent profile, with prior authorization from the Organizer.
  • In the event of a postponement, registrations or reservations will remain valid for the new date.
  • Any resale, commercial transfer, or unauthorized reassignment is strictly prohibited.

5. Access and Identification

  • Proof of identity, professional status, full-time student enrollment, or patient partner designation may be required depending on the type of ticket.
  • Wearing the official PLS badge is mandatory throughout the event.
  • Exhibitors and partners must comply with all layout, schedule, and safety regulations issued by the Organizer.

6. Responsibility and Conduct

  • Participants, exhibitors, and partners agree to maintain respectful conduct and to follow the instructions of PLS staff.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to exclude, without refund, any person or organization whose behavior disrupts safety, the event’s smooth operation, or its reputation.
  • Productions Plakett Inc. cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Program and Layout Modifications

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, activities, exhibition zones, or layout without prior notice.
  • In the event of force majeure, the event may be postponed, without refund obligation.

8. Image and Intellectual Property

  • By participating in PLS, visitors, exhibitors, and partners consent to the use of their image, voice, logo, or testimony for promotional or media purposes, without compensation.
  • It is strictly forbidden to record, broadcast, or reproduce conference content or installations without written authorization from Productions Plakett Inc.

9. Personal Data and Confidentiality

  • Productions Plakett Inc. is committed to protecting the personal data of participants, exhibitors, and partners.
  • Information collected is used solely for managing participation, communicating relevant information, and ensuring the smooth running of the event.
  • Data will never be sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec, district of Montréal.
