General conditions of sale for First Line in Health tickets
1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the sale of tickets for events (hereinafter “Tickets”) by Productions Plakett inc. located at CP 97, Montréal BP PT-AUX-TREMBLES, QC, H1B 5K1 (hereinafter “Seller”), and the purchase of such Tickets by the customer (hereinafter “Customer”).
2. Ordering Tickets
2.1 The Customer may order Tickets online via the Seller’s website or by any other means of sale authorised by the Seller.
2.2 The order of Tickets is firm and final upon receipt of payment by the Seller.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Ticket prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include all applicable taxes.
3.2 Payment for Tickets may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means of payment accepted by the Seller.
4. Delivery of Tickets
4.1 The Tickets will be delivered to the Customer electronically (by e-mail or by download from the Seller’s website) or by any other means agreed between the parties.
4.2 The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery information provided to the Seller.
5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1 Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the Seller, in which case the Customer will be refunded the price of the Tickets.
6. Liability
6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the event, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Seller.
7. Intellectual property rights
7.1 The Customer undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights of the Vendor and third parties related to the event.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 The Seller undertakes to protect the Customer’s personal data in accordance with current legislation.
9. Modification of the GTC
9.1 The Vendor reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new GTC shall apply to all orders placed after their publication on the Seller’s website.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
10.1 These GTC are governed by the law of Quebec and any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
By accepting these GTC, the Customer acknowledges having read them and accepts them without reservation.
