    Participants

    Unfortunately, your participant ticket is non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person via the Backstage application.

    Yes, we offer all our participants lunch before the opening remarks and lunch at noon on both days of the event.

    Our participant tickets give you access to all our conferences.

    First Line in Health is a face-to-face event only, held at the Convention Center of Montreal.

    Follow the following instructions to reassign your ticket.

    Exhibitors

    When you purchase your booth, 2 exhibitor tickets are automatically included. You can add a 3rd exhibitor ticket for $450 before taxes. Only one additional exhibitor ticket is possible. Beyond that, you’ll need to purchase participant tickets.

    Here are the inclusions when purchasing a booth: 1-meter counter (without logo), 2 stools, electricity and wifi.

    Exhibitors may participate in conferences, but we ask that there be at least one exhibitor at your booth at all times.

    Yes, we offer all our exhibitors breakfast before the opening remarks and lunch on both days of the event.
